Dr. Seth Pearl has been a licensed chiropractor since 1997. Dr. Pearl has been enhancing optimal health with his patients since 2004 in his clinic in Harrison, NY.
As a Chiropractor with experience, Dr. Pearl is committed to promoting the health and well-being of his patients. Dr. Pearl uses a “whole person approach” when taking care of his patients. By combining the very best hands-on-technique, state-of-the-art physiotherapy procedures, and providing the newest and best natural vitamins and mineral supplements on the market today, Dr. Pearl is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Dr. Carol Donohue uses an array of techniques she has accumulated from around the world to provide the most optimal care for each individual’s needs and situation. Over the last 8 years, she has cared for and studied the results of people in the metro and rural areas of the United States, Haiti, Mexico, and India. Dr. Carol specifically seeks to help those looking to commit to making lasting changes in their life. She has extensive training in the care of women in the perinatal period and children because a life started on the proper foundation makes a massive impact on the rest of one’s life. Dr. Carol uses chiropractic adjustments, delivered when necessary, alongside special instructions in optimizing breathing with movement, to allow your nervous system to physically change and regain balance as well as reestablish the natural state of ease you were born to live through. In this state of ease so many report being able to move beyond the problem they first sought help for and move into a space of higher potential and a newfound hope for what’s possible.

I have had the privilege of working as the office manager at Optimal Health for over 17 years. In that time, I’ve gotten to know so many wonderful families and one of the greatest joys of my job is seeing the babies and kids who brighten our office every day. Their smiles, energy, and milestones make every moment special. From your very first call to each visit, I’m here to help things run smoothly and make sure you feel welcomed, informed, and cared for; scheduling appointments to answering questions and everything in between! Creating a positive, comfortable experience for our patients is something I truly love!
